Working with a contractor, one worries about so many things such as schedule, budget, quality, change orders, problem-solving, communication and integrity. We started working with Couloir a few months before Covid-19 to build our home, which added potential supply chain issues and cost increases to our concerns. The Couloir team demonstrated that, even with these added challenges, they produce professional, excellent results and we are very happy with our new home.

Our overall experience working with Couloir Construction, led by Jesse Roy, was exceptional. His team of highly skilled and conscientious craftsmen really made an important difference in the final results. The team did an excellent job communicating in a timely manner, providing proactive problem solving and paid thorough attention to all the details along the way. Couloir worked with very professional sub-contractors, maintained a clean job site and finished the project within the expected time range. Jesse Roy is the best! Our Residence needed a major update, which resulted in completely updating and touching every surface in our house. Living in Texas, meant working with Jesse long distance. Jesse’s professionalism, integrity, and patience helped make this process a pleasant experience for us.
